In her Nautilus Book Silver Award-winning book, which she co-authored, Professor Kiyoko Sueda wrote a paper about a Japanese woman who is a pioneering global leader and intercultural communicator, using Trajectory Equfinality Modeling (TEM) to argue the importance of social capital and the willingness to actively use it in career development.
